In the coming few days, you and your sellers will immerse yourself in learning a proven prospecting methodology that generates top of the funnel results.

The system works if you, as leaders, work the system. We’ll need your full support for adoption, requiring an accountability-first approach.

Buyers and customers today need insights. The job of modern B2B sales professionals is to problem solve and educate.

This program will show you to do this quickly, with practical application assignments, learning and coaching.

At the start of the program you may be invited to join a Leadership Accelerator Workshop designed to provide you with a detailed overview of the training and your roles and responsibilities. Attendance is mandatory if you are selected.

Here is the order in which training will happen:

  • Sales Leaders will start first with a 90-minute virtual Leadership session called The Leadership Accelerator.
  • Secondly, your sales teams will begin their certification program training. This happens weekly with 4 x 90 minute sessions in total.

Help and support are available in the following ways.

  1. Real-time performance reports where you can track a seller’s assignment completion and live training and coaching attendance.
  2. Daily coaching (M-F) is always available via www.salesforlife.com/coaching. These are private and one-on-one coaching calls available on an unlimited basis.

Each seller will invest up to 15 hours over the course of 1 quarter.

  • Live, interactive learning sessions: 4 hours
  • Taking the program on demand: up to 5 hours
  • Assignment completion: up to 4 hours
  • Coaching (optional): up to 2 hours

This course is designed for the following B2B sales roles:

  • Some BDRs or SDRs

    • Learn to select and prioritize accounts based on Signals—insights based on data and evidence.

What Is Your Time Commitment?

Each seller will invest up to 15 hours over the course of one quarter.

Step 3: Monitor Your Performance

Your performance in The ScalePipeline System will be measured in the following areas:

  • Completeness of assignments. All assignments have to be completed in order to learn your final certification.
  • Attendance at live facilitated sessions.
  • Attendance at coaching sessions.

Step 4: Get Certified

You’ll earn your certification upon successful completion of all the assignments in Modern Branding Fundamentals and The SPEAR Program.

Certification has distinct advantages, including:

  • Learning the prescriptive methodology to strengthen your professional digital brand and build pipeline consistently and prescriptively.
  • Being part of an elite group of global B2B sellers that use these strategies to boost pipeline.

Once certified, we encourage you to add your credentials to your LinkedIn Profile. You can add it under one or both of these sections:

Step 5: Reinforcement

Once you’re certified, you can reinforce your learning over time with updates and reminders of key concepts.
